Cushman Equipment Showroom

Cushman scooter company started in 1903 in Lincoln, Nebraska by Everett and Clinton Cushman. It incorporated 10 years later in 1913 as Cushman Motor Works, and by 1922, began production of their four-stroke Husky engine.

Cushman scooters supported Allied troops in World War II, and were produced after the war until the mid-60’s. After the scooter age, Cushman focused on personnel carriers, which is the main product produced today.

In 1989, Cushman Motor works was bought by Ransomes of Great Britain, which was later bought by Textron in 1998.  Learn more at Cushman’s Website
