Best Rate Billing

We believe in saving our customers money even when they don't expect it. How do we do it? It's easy. When you rent a unit, Hull provides the most cost-effective rate when it comes time to generate an invoice. Rental rates are structured in daily, weekly and monthly terms. Each term has a multiple that results in a more cost-effective solution for the customer if we bill them at the next rate term.

For example, if a customer rents a 5,000 lb. cushion tire truck for four days, it is less expensive for Hull to charge the customer the weekly rate than to charge them for four days under the daily rate, even though they only had the unit for four days. If a customer had that same unit for four weeks he would be billed for one month at the monthly rate, instead of four weeks at the weekly rate. With regard to monthly rates, Hull invoices for a full 30 day month, instead of four weeks. So when you rent for one month you get a full month of use instead of just four weeks. It is just one of the ways that we exceed customers' expectations.

Service Support

Hull's rental fleet is backed by our award-winning service department. Units are regularly maintained to optimize their performance and reliability. They also undergo a thorough inspection and load testing before leaving our facility. In the event that a rental unit malfunctions at a customer's facility, our road service technicians are ready to quickly repair the unit. If the unit cannot be efficiently repaired on location, a replacement will be delivered promptly.

Transportation Services

Our fleet of 6 over-the-road semi-tractor trailers are ready to roll whenever our customers need to transport equipment for repair, from one facility to another or to deliver one of our hundreds of rental units. With real-time communications across the Indiana and Michigan markets, we are able to react with timely pick up and delivery for the critical needs of our customers.
