SINCE 1962 SATISFACTION PROCESS

After more than 50 years, we are proud to still serve our local communities with continued dedication and commitment. Staying local means we are making a difference in the lives of those around us. It means contributing to the communities in which we live, work and play.

As a regional leader in material handling solutions, we continue to serve thousands of customers from five locations in Indiana and Michigan. To that end, we’ve developed key milestones - known as our Since 1962 Satisfaction Process - or ensuring our customers' continued satisfaction and always striving for decreased downtimes.

The Three Milestones include:

Day 1 – New Equipment Delivery
The Hull Lift Truck support team is introduced and the new equipment is delivered. Features, benefits and training opportunities are discussed in detail.
Day 96 – Maintenance Visit
Committed to recommending routine maintenance, this visit to discuss productivity and reliability takes place on the 96th day after equipment delivery.
Month 12 – First Year Review
We meet with our customers on the 12-month anniversary of the equipment delivery to make sure equipment still meets objectives, verify anticipated vs. actual usage, review maintenance costs and gauge overall satisfaction.

KEEP YOUR FLEET UP AND RUNNING

In addition to our Satisfaction Process, when it comes to maintaining and repairing equipment, we have designed a variety of maintenance programs and repair services with the purpose of reducing expenses and unplanned decreases in productivity.

  • Repair Service – Provided on a time and material basis either onsite or in our shop.
  • Interval Maintenance – Safety and operational inspections of equipment that takes place on an interval schedule. Interval 1: 250-500 hours; Interval 2: suggested at 1,000 hours; Interval 3: suggested at 2,000 hours.
  • Performance Protection Plan – Comprehensive interval maintenance program per manufacturer’s recommended maintenance schedule. This includes interval 1, 2, and 3 services along with safety and operational inspections of equipment.
  • Performance Assurance Program – Turn-key, comprehensive maintenance and repair program that manages down-time and includes all interval maintenance and repair onsite or in our shop. Fixed monthly payment per unit helps budget expenses. Custom tailored to the customer's application.
